Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely package your Curlsmith items in their original box or a similar mailer to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
